GENERAL

As a pest control company we are committed to take any reasonable steps to ensure:

The health, safety and welfare at work of all company employees, and the health and safety of all persons other than Company employees who might be affected by Company operations, whether they are work or not.

HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK ACT 1974.

As a company we understand our general duty of care under this Act and also the specific duty under Section 6 to provide information to customers concerning products used in pest control operations. We have fulfilled our duties under Sections 2,3 and 4 of the 1974 Act in respect of the provisions the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992.

CONTROL OF PESTICIDES REGULATIONS 1986 / 1987

We are committed to fulfilling our obligations under the above regulations in the respect of our activities in storing, supplying and using pesticides.

All reasonable precautions with regard to storage and transport will be taken to protect the health of human beings, animals and plants to safeguard the environment. Adequate training of employees will be carried out to ensure they are competent for daily duties.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1990

We are aware of our duties of care regarding the environment, particularly the disposal of waste products and containers.
